for the price you pay, you get a fairly good.
Its on the third floor but no lifts to get there. have to go to the 4th floor and walk down.

Location, which is just 5 min walk to MTR Yau Ma Tei Station (Exit A2) and 5 min walk to Ladies Market, bus stop to many direction (include to/from airport) is also available in just few minute walk. It's also a perfect place to enjoy Hong Kong night life.
Stepping the stairs to 3nd floor just to reach the reception desk is the least favored, esp when bringing heavy and big luggage. But actually you could take the elevator to 4th floor then down the stair to 3rd floor, it's much easier.

Friendly and helpful staff who allowed us to place safeguard our luggages when we arrived at 7am. The guesthouse is Just few minutes walk from the citybus airport A21 and the MTR is reachable within 5minutes. It is also situated at the end of ladies market with plenty of snacks stalls around. Mac is just opposite Nathan road too. Facilities are acceptable; towels, hair dryer , toiletries , computer cum tv with Internet access, clean beds, bed making services, common fridge to share, coffee maker/ water dispenser ( outside room).
Its a tad expansive considering the following: Room is expectedly small with minimal Walking space. Toilet is around the size of a small wardrobe, enough for a medium built lady/guy. Anyone bigger will have difficulty showering. (Me & my mum kept banging the door when showering ) Guesthouse is on the third level while lift access is only to the fourth . I have to make two trips up & down to move our luggages. Ladies with huge luggages and no male traveling mates are not advisable to stay as the steps can be quite steep.

Location is perfect and eveything is just around the corner, transportation, exchange bureaus, night markets and others. The staff doesnt speak any english. The internet access is just perfect¡¡¡¡
The lobby and the building where it is located is just crazy, you could never guess you paid 100usd when you enter a building like that, bit once in the hotel all changes and the rooms are clean and the internet is perfect.

Closeness to metro and good internet connection
it is not a hotel in a sense of a word. I do not recommend it to people with claustrophobia, because there are no windows in the rooms. Coacroaches are friendly, but not small and in big numbers.

Liked inside of the room. Room had good sized double bed which was comfortable. Great shower pressure. All very clean. Nice TV and can help self to coffee machine.
Entrance and stairwell up to the hotel was dirty and smelly. Lift only goes to level 4 and you have to then go down flight of stairs to the hotel on level 3 which with luggage was difficult.

A very courteous family staff and location.
Not a very orgainzed hotel....in fact it is not a hotel at all!!! just a reappropriated house.. A family runs it with just no clue about English and how to guide the customers for city tour. No lift to the hotel. You have to go to 4th floor and them drag down your baggage all the way down to 3rd floor. A very difficult task. Very cramped up room with wash basin just next to your head. A small portion of the room is craved out as toilet with no bathroom. You have to take showers sitting on the shit pot!!!! No place to keep the luggage in the room. No safe boxes.. Booked.net must take care while listing these type of "hotels". Very disappointing stay.
